Union Minister of State Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar visited three lakes in Bengaluru as part of the central government’s initiative to create 75 Amrit Sarovors in each district of the country. He visited the Kempambudhi, Gubbalala and Mestripalya lakes wherein Namma Bengaluru Foundation had widely undertaken work previously and asked the BBMP to submit an action plan to rejuvenate and protect these lakes.
